Прежде всего, "понятийное пространство" и "информационное пространство" это разные вещи. Понятийное пространство это база, на которой можно формулировать определения и понятия. Вот украинский язык это крайне ужатая и противоречивая база, которая дорабатывается по ходу дела. Возможно, у украинского языка в этом вопросе есть светлое будущее, но пока что имеет мрачное настоящее. А твоё понимание "информационного пространства" тоже ошибочное. Понятно что всем насрать что будет с самой Украиной, но сейчас есть раскос уже в сценариях кризиса: Европа хочет быстрого завершения и минимизации собственного ущерба, а США рулят на эскалацию по максимальному варианту.
